Welcome to Taste Peruvian Cooking Studio. By booking a class, tour, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized travel agents, or direct contact channels.
• Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your spot.
• Prices are listed in USD or PEN and include all materials, ingredients, and instruction as described in the specific class or tour itinerary.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because we purchase fresh ingredients and schedule staff in advance, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the start: Full refund minus any transaction/administrative fees.
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the start: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

3. Health, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Taste Peru of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of our shared kitchen and market visits.

4. Safety and Conduct

Cooking involves the use of sharp knives, heat, and kitchen appliances. By participating, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our chefs and staff.
• Wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes recommended).
• Taste Peru reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a risk to others.

5. Liability Waiver

Participants assume all risks associated with the activity, including but not limited to cuts, burns, or food-borne illnesses. Taste Peruvian Cooking Studio S.R.L. shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the class or tour.

6. Image Release

During our classes, we may take photos or videos for promotional use on social media or our website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of the session.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, menus, or prices due to seasonal availability of ingredients, local market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
