The bookings are accepted when TASTE Peruvian Experiences receives the first deposit from its clients. At this point in time the contract between client and our company is effective and legally binding. In order to secure the trip, we will require a 50% deposit of the total package price by the time of your booking.
TASTE Peruvian Experiences is a local tour operator based in Peru, which offers a booking, consulting and coordination service by arranging tailor-made and customized itineraries. We handle bookings and payments on your behalf with a selection of various independent suppliers, such as hotels, restaurants, airlines and other means of transportation, private guides and other services specified in the itinerary; that even though they are not under our direct control we will supervise to provide a high quality service.
TPE, including their representatives, employees and agents will take no responsibility for any cost, losses incurred or suffered by the guest, or guestsbdependents or traveling companions, with regards to but not limited to, any of the eventualities mentioned above. Travelers will be charged directly by the relevant service providers for any emergency services they may require, for other services not covered by the insurance, traveler will be charged under the same procedure. We also advise travelers to visit their physicians to be up to date with vaccines and address any concerns regarding international traveling.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and meet all necessary entry requirements for our country. These vary by country and nationality and can change from time to time. TPE will do its best to inform you of these general requirements, but we ask that you contact the corresponding embassy/consulate in your country of residence, to confirm documentation you need.
By sending us your initial deposit you certify you do not have any physical condition that would make traveling unsafe for you or other travelers. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received all appropriate vaccinations and to be aware of the risk involved in traveling into high altitudes cities. We highly recommend you to visit your physician before your booking if you have any pre-existing medical condition that could put yourself at risk.
Considering this time of Pandemic that the entire world is suffering. TPE as a responsible company will follow all the government protocols, use only Covid19 free hotels and tested guides in order to avoid infections. However, you are the only responsible to keep you in good health. Any cost for the treatment of a potential contagion will be cover by you or your insurance company.
You are responsible of maintain the necessary social distancing in open areas, using personal protection equipment when required and washing/disinfect your hands regularly.
Some itineraries may include activities that present challenges that are not suitable for passengers with special needs we strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for, providing assistance.

TASTE Peruvian Experience acts as intermediary between clients and carefully selected service providers. We purchase hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors independently owned and managed.
The Client by engaging TASTE Peruvian Experiences and making full payment for the specified service agrees that our company cannot be held responsible for delays, flight cancelations, damages, accidents, personal injuries, illness, acts of war, force majeure acts of God, strikes, overbooking or downgrading of services, mechanical or other failure referring to the means of transportation or any activities or circumstances beyond our control and that any refund will be sought directly from the service provider. Moreover, it is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.
First Payment: 50% deposit by the time of booking
Second Payment: Full Amount, to be paid 45 days prior to your arrival.
In the case the booking will be proceeded 45 or less days to the arrival, the whole amount will be required in once.
If the booking is made 45 days or less from the arrival time, then the whole amount will be required at the time of booking. You will be able to pay by any Credit Card or Bank Wire transfer.
Any cancellations or changes made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client at their earliest convenience.
Client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancellation.

If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, cancellation must be made previously.
The transaction costs will be paid by the client.
There will be no refund made for cancelled or unused services for any reason whatsoever.
There will be no refund for contracted services or activities if a client decides do not participate as scheduled.
All air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines.
Domestic flights or trains are, occasionally, subject to overbooking, cancellation and schedule changes. If this occurs, we will do everything in our power to assist you in boarding flights or finding alternate arrangements. It must be stressed that this is done as a courtesy to our clients and we cannot be held responsible for denied boarding; neither for the additional costs thus incurred, nor for payments not recovered for missed arrangements due to delays or cancellations.
All prices shown on this web site are per person and expressed in US Dollars.
Once we receive your deposit, your tour package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense.
Our prices do not include Peruvian Sales Tax (VAT) on hotels which applies to Peruvians and foreign residents. Visitors to Peru, who have stayed longer than 60 calendar days, are no longer exempt from the VAT. In order to be exempt from Peruvian sales, you must show appropriate documentation (NON Peruvian Passport with date of entry and Andean immigration card).

All prices shown for accommodations are expressed in US dollars and per person.
We reserve the right to offer an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control.
No changes will be made after payment.
Hotels standards in Peru are different than the United States or Europe, usually rooms are simpler and smaller.
Important note: All accommodations within Peru will require you to show your passport and let them make a photocopy of it in order to check you in. This is a requirement for government and taxes purposes
If a client has a complaint against the company the client must first inform the tour conductor, guide or company representative while on the tour in order that the guide/representative can attempt to rectify the matter. Any further complaint must be put in writing to the company within 5 days of the end of the tour.
Venue for all claims or disputes shall be exclusively in Cusco, Peru, whose courts, using Peruvian Law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Terms and conditions, those contained in TASTE Peruvian Experiences website constitute an agreement between all parties involved immediately after a client book with our company.
